Garlock KLOZURE® high performance oil seals protect critical equipment by preventing premature bearing failure due to lubrication loss or contamination. Specially engineered elastomers, including the MILL-RIGHT® family of materials, provide best in class product life with up to 90% less seal wear due to abrasion over standard seals.
In rotary applications with severe shaft runout or misalignment, the Model 64® oil seal is the ultimate sealing tool. With the industry's highest shaft to bore misalignment ratings coupled with one of the fastest shaft speed ratings, the Model 64® oil seal can solve the most difficult bearing protection problems. The proprietary material used in the sealing element designed for extreme flexibility is assembled with a heavy duty metal case, metal filler ring, brass insert and a special garter and finger spring design for a unique combination resulting in worry free installation and performance.

- MILL-RIGHT® sealing elements generate less heat, lower power consumption, improve chemical resistance and extend service life
- Bearing damage from displaced springs is prevented by the unique combination of a finger spring mechanically locking a garter spring into place
- The special garter and finger spring combinations reduces leaks caused by high shaft runout by applying consistent lip load around the entire shaft
- After events where excess runout may have occurred, the garter spring locked into place by the finger spring will rebound towards its nominal location to resume effective sealing
- Heavy duty metal case provides maximum bore retention
- Metal filler ring prevents seal distortion seal ensuring a true fit in the bore
- Sealing element will not fall out of case with bond failure. A brass insert clamps to the element, and the metal filler ring mechanically locks the components into place.
